Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, strong management skills, and a wide array of hands on DIY skills.
Duties:
- Overall farm management including animal husbandry, systems management, project coordinator and volunteer supervision
- procure, coordinate and manage a large volunteer network checking their days work at the end of shift
-assist with fundraising events and Satirday Markets
-attend quarterly board meetings and report on state of the farm and projects needed for improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
